		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a respect issue, most of the time it&#039;s a communication issue. I work in Project Management in Software Development and clients - not knowing what they really want in the beginning of a project is like bad cold. You just have to deal with it.

Don&#039;t take it pernsonal or be mad at this specific client, just be prepared for changing requirements - even late in the project - in general. :)</description>
